Hello my name is Barry Schroeder I bought my building 9/12 – a day after the World Trade Center went down. In fact, my dad and I took a helicopter ride around them about 3 weeks before they went down. I was struck with a sense of patriotism and thought maybe I could do something for my hometown. Think again. Forget the Taliban – you have more to worry about the Payetteban, the good old boys. There’s one big problem with the good old boys. THEY’RE IDIOTS. Their predecessors were idiots. (Bureaucrat/idiot – same thing). Do you know what a bureaucrat is? They don’t care about getting the job done, just increasing the budget and getting their friends and relatives jobs. They’re too stupid to start and run their own businesses. The city and county employees think it’s their own company and they can act and operate it like they own it. This place is not a community – it’s a snake pit and unless you are in with the city, county or school district you aren’t allowed in the pit. It’s been that way for years. Since I bought my building 9/12 2001, I have been under attack from these losers that occupy every level of government in this town and county. Want to get the cops after you around here? Don’t sell dope and breed meth babies – start a business and make a million dollars and watch how these worthless bureaucrats come out of the woodwork to destroy you. These guys are too stupid and incompetent to start their own company, let alone what I have done. So they attack you if you succeed. They did the same thing to my dad and his business 30 years ago, and I was attacked through that piece of shit school system. That’s how it works – if they don’t like you at the city or county they go after your kids in the schools the way they did me. The payette school district? Its not an educational center, its a hatchery, a popularity hatchery where the most popular in town populate the town. Interesting gene pool you have here.
My father took literally $100,000s of $ if not a million from the county coffer by owning a cemetery and every county asshole tried everything in their power to stop him because they wanted those bodies going in the county cemetery, different people at that time, but the same mentality that exists today.
These people are too stupid to run a business so they run businesses out, its true. There’s a retired cop who lives out by my farm he said “Oh yeah. That’s all they know how to do is run you off and keep the area suppressed and the same and then their jobs are secure”.
When my brother passed away there were people at his funeral that went to school here. They say adamantly “I wont come back to this town ever. It takes something like this to get me back in this town”. These are successful people that couldn’t stand to even be in the town a few hours, but you have these idiots infecting our local government – too stupid nor do they have the balls or drive to go anywhere and try to make something of themselves. If you do, they attack you. They get picked right out of high school, never evolve, grow, try to help the community grow and prosper they just feed on the tax payers. These heads of departments with their in house promotions could even get a job in another municipality. Chief of police makes $72000 a year? Way too much considering he couldn’t get a job at the Caldwell dept, or any other agencies. All the cops, detectives, sergeants, whatever, these were all in house promotions. These clowns couldn’t get a job being a cop anywhere else. You could hire a real cop for $40000 with out all the chicken shit vendettas of his own and his predecessors.
Cops and CIs: do you know what a CI is? Confidential Informant – license to party. If they like you they don’t bust you – they make you a CI and let you do all the meth, breed all the meth babies you can – for decades. That’s what they sent after the mayor’s son after she put a price freeze on the city workers. They sent them after me with nothing but a personal vendetta – all because I called them what they are on a tapped phone line. Years later I cornered one of these CIs and said “How could you do that to me, when you know I don’t sell weed?”. He stated “They were giving me the good shit”. That’s right, they were giving him meth to set me up with whatever. After seeing how the tri county Nazis operate – all drugs should be legal. There’s just too much corruption and favoritism. We have become what we fought against in WWII – just like the Nazis.
Then they attack you personally if you don’t have a litter of kids, so they make it up.

This mayor was my fathers competitor and was in charge of the dirty cops that set me up with a felony in the early 80’s, this mayor was caught with a 16 year old boy in the back of a van in Garden City in the 90’s.

Same mayor who in the late night hours had a meeting giving the morons that ran the golf course for 50 years another 50 year lease for a dollar a year. I wsh somebody would lease me a 280 acre golf course for a dollar a year! A dollar a year and the morons can’t make money nor do they want to. They want their hand-picked buddies to have their own country club. Only people that work there are if they are a member or on the board – another way to find jobs for their own and forget the rest of you.
That golf course should being paying taxes at least the same as if it was farm land. I remember years ago the faggot mayor drove the chief of police in the police car and a one of the good ole boys home from the golf course in the city patrol car. The mayor was drunk as a skunk and the chief of police was in the back seat puking all over the patrol car.
The cops that this town hires have always been a joke. Had a bunch of raping cops in the 80’s – nothing happened to them. I have an adopted sister that I love dearly and she will not come back to this town. It took a while to get it out of her, but she was raped by a Payette cop in the 80’s. She wouldn’t tell me who it was because she knew what I would do to the little punk. If I find out who it was, I will deal with them.
Let’s talk about these so called police officers – one cop’s dad was the biggest meth dealer in the valley, this cop has an affair with a bar owner’s wife who loved meth, this cop was doing it with her and to her, and nothing happened. It took an assault case and 3 years to pull his permit to be a cop, that was it. You do meth and assault people you go to prison for years, but not if you are a cop.
Years ago, when my brother tried to live here, his wife’s friend called the cops on my brother for no reason. My brother was laying in bed watching tv when the cops busted in and arrested him for domestic violence. They took him to jail, then went back and hit on the brother’s wife, telling her how his wife has a weight problem and wished she looked like Kelly’s wife.
This asshole gets fired for insubordination from something unrelated to my brothers arrest, this guy gets a job with Black Water in Iraq….unbelievable.

This is just how pathetic the snake pit is, a lawyer in boise told me they will kill you to protect their interests. Hey, idiots – you better think about that one – the state police, FBI have all had complaints about these guys for years about these departments and should be investigated. I’ve also made contingency plans if they do kill me – they will be dealt with in their own corrupt style but at a much higher level. You clowns are way out of your league, you assholes don’t know me. In fact, I have done nothing but preach to people the evils of meth for 30 years or more. If you did know me, you would know not to fuck with me. You say I stole? I did something wrong when I was a kid? Nothing that would compare to the degree of being set up with a felony. They did it to disgrace my parents and their business. That the way these chicken shits operated then and continue to now.
I always wondered what happened to me in this town when I was a kid, considering every where I went in the USA I found success. Even in Hollywood, I started building sets in 1986, was the construction coordinator, in 2 years I made art director, in 5 years(Which is unheard of ), every pepsi commercial you saw between 1986 – 1998 plus Apple computers and Intel I worked on. Its on my resume. That’s right, you idiots don’t have resumes. Well, here’s the truth: this good old boys mentality and the way they operate stole my childhood, my teenage years, and more. They have done it to many people and they protect their own idiots as well as the off spring of their idiots. I never figured it out until I saw them attack a state cop’s family, but that’s another story that will be revealed in the film.
I was always smarter than you guys – even with my learning disabilities, no matter what that piece of shit school system thought of me. (Got some real winners working there – you think this is a spur of the moment thing? Think again, if you can. I’ve been planning this for 20 years. The footage that I have captured of the workers and cops over the last ten years will astound you. You think I put those security cameras to watch my building? I put them in to watch this snake pits employees do what they want. Did you hear about the mayor that gave them the price freeze in the late 90s? Oh yeah. She put a price freeze on all city employees, what was the cops response? They go after the mayor’s kid, even though you couldn’t throw a rock in this town with out hitting a meth addict breeding meth babies. They go after the mayor’s kid. Then, 10 years later they get a mayor in there and the only thing he wants to accomplish is get their pay raise back retroactively. That’s right. These assholes got all ten years back pay. Why the community rag doesn’t write about these things in the newspaper is beyond me. It says on their sign “serving Payette county” when it should say “working for Payette county”. They only put in that paper what they are told. Never any investigative reporting. They say they don’t have the funds to investigate and at the same town a lot of people know what’s going on and they do too. Still they will not print it. Why? I don’t know. Chicken shits. All of you who allow what has gone on in this town for 50 years or more. They have suppressed and beaten the citizen down and set them up with the cops for decades.

Let’s start with the city government and employees that have fed on you for decades. They don’t make the town better for the people – they make their jobs easier, give themselves bonuses. No citizen oversight watching the money as they do in other cities. By the way, in most towns there are 3 levels of government. Here they count the fire dept as a level of government.
4 levels of government. Odd to say the least. Build the new fire department out of town, remember when the paint store across the street from the existing fire department burned to the ground 50ft away from the fire house? So they put the new station out of town on U.S. highway 95? IDIOTS! There has only been 1 or 2 city attorneys over the last 30/40 years who have allowed the city employees, I should say run this place into the ground. Cops, the good old boys private security firm, violate your rights (federal law 1983) on a daily basis, which they have been caught for before. They did it to me and nobody says or does a thing. These assholes set me up with a felony 30 years ago and they tried it again 5 years ago. Hear my city attorney’s story. You see that nice wrought iron fence that I put on my parking lot? That was a nightmare in itself. Afterwards, they changed all the fencing ordinances, so back to the city attorneys. I stated to the existing city attorney all I want to do is clean up that end of town. I told my World Trade Center story to him and I was also putting a studio upstairs in my building and buying the Sun-Dance and change the name to Boomerang bar. Not even a month later, the ex-county attorney put a studio up in his building with zero equipment or experience in the industry. A year and a few months after that he put the Boomerang bar in his place. What are the odds this was accidental? Zero. This is a perfect example of the chicken shit leadership this town and county has had for 50 years or more. Why do you think all city employees are apathetic after the way their bosses operate. I think they are all pathetic. That’s why there are no businesses here – they run them off. Why I’ll never know. You think it’s just me? NO! You know these gals who try to start their little coffee shop in town here, the city’s answer to them: they spent over $10000 on espresso machines. Not 1 unit, but 4 units – one for every dept. You know how long it takes to make an espresso? Or the cost of the supplies for 4 espresso machines? Not these guys. They are the only people with a job in town and can afford an espresso – they don’t share. Way to support the community. These guys don’t support anything but themselves.
Before I started my company I almost bought Rodex before the partners split up and one of them started Rodinator. I told them they needed to scrap the torch handle – every farmer has a cutting torch and you are selling these things for $2000 – its an insult to the farmer. They replied quote [its impossible to get the gases mixed correctly with out the torch handle] unquote
The company had lawsuits pending so I backed out and developed a system without a torch handle. Much better, safer device and started my own company. I started making $$$$. Guess what happened then? The head of county weed and gopher control at that time ran all over town saying I stole their idea. Running around in a county truck undermining a local business. This idiot gave demos of the other company (Rodex) and Rodinators device on county time for years. I start my company and the little sawed off piece of shit said I stole it from Rodex. He was making a commission on sales on county time and that’s okay. He had his only pest control business at the same time he worked for the county(Which is unheard of) and at the same time there were several rodent blasters trying to make a go of it: General varmint in Adrian oregon, a few in California, altogether there were 7 companies formed when Rodex went bankrupt – and I “stole” it. One of the good old boys Idiots! In it for themselves, [bunch of chicken shits.] Here’s a hard fact that these idiots overlooked: [I was the first guy ever to put together a reliable unit without a torch handle. EVER! After the assholes in Midvale said it was impossible, then I did it – and you get a county sponsored sawed off piece of shit go to tenants of mine telling them I stole it. I should have been able to sue them for slander, but they’re all liars and will do anything to protect their stature.
That wasn’t enough for these dickless assholes.
A few years after that, I’d been sober and working 18 hours a day for years to get my business going. Guess what? All the dope cops and the tri county task force just out of the blue started to ask people they busted for dope if I was involved. With nothing, no cash deposits to the bank, no people coming and going? I think that’s the way it works – you have to have someone to sell it to.
ZERO EVIDENCE doesn’t matter to these guys, they get the word from whoever is in charge, get him
any way – once I even heard this. I called the person the cops were questioning and asked him if they really say that, and he said ‘Yes, and they are listening on a tapped line right now’. I responded “Good. You cops are the stupidest mother fuckers on the planet.” See how it is around here? They are like a pack of wild dogs trying to tear you down and destroy you.
I guess that really messed with their delicate egos, because they really turned it up after that. That’s right – want the cops after you? Don’t sell dope, just tell the cops what you think of there Nazi tactics. I hired a lawyer to talk to the county DA and of course he collaborated with the cops, lied and told the lawyer “We always investigate every one involved”. That’s just it – I wasn’t involved! I had not talked to the one guy in years and the other people I had never even met before.
Let’s go back a few years, just as I was starting my business I was confronted by a guy who lived in Vistair 2 subdivision , he was from southern California and all his in-laws were Payette county cops. He had a good weed connection and want me to sell weed for him and I said ‘No, thanks. I have an idea that’s better than selling weed’. So he hooks up with one of the good old boys at the golf course and they sold 100s of pounds over the years. When the guy gets busted, this is the guy who the cops were asking about me, and the cop doing the asking if I was involved was the brother in-law of the guy who was supplying the the guy that was being questioning with dope. Yeah, this shit is crazy – and they turn it on me? Anyway, they stalled or passed the heat to me while the brother in law sells his house before the crash and left town not even being questioned, it was like a twilight zone movie with these guys.
After seeing the tri county Nazis in action and the judges in Malheur county own the detox center, this is a 60 minute 20/20 story – why is nobody investigating them? Because they have gotten away with so much illegal stuff over the last 50 years they think they are above the law.
That was it for me as far as supporting this community. From that time, about oh I’d say 5 or 6 years ago, I said ‘Forget it. I won’t spend a dime in this snake pit’. Until now. I’m going to throw some serious cash at this movie project. I know things will never change around here. I believe there is some entertainment value here, and a chance to expose the mentality of the idiots that have fed off of the citizens. I deal with a lot of municipalities all over the world, in California I’ve told my story about this local government. They got rid of the ‘good ol’ boys’ type of outfits in the 60′s.
In 2009 the vertebrate pest seminar (It’s like the Superbowl of burrowing pest control), the wildlife director of Pennsylvania did a 45 min PowerPoint presentation praising my device. Rodex, Rodinator were all there too. So I said something to the county about the PowerPoint presentation, the county commissioners had a meeting and decided not to blast or use any of the devices that they had spent tens of thousands of dollars on buying units from my competitor. Another slap in the face from these idiots that are feeding on you and your tax dollar, not to mention the wildlife and pets they are killing with poison. All to stick it to me. Well I’m going to stick it back to these incompetent assholes and they know who they are. They did the same thing to my dad over cement. They wouldn’t let my dad put his vaults at the riverside, he sued and they folded, that’s how it is around here. To get anything done you have to threaten to or actually sue them.
Let me tell you about one of the good old boys that worked down there at the weed and gopher control. He had a few businesses that failed downtown, a foreclosure on his house before the crash, etc. This asshole came to me and wanted a job telling me how much better and safer my device was than the county’s, I thought he was a loser and didn’t hire him because he smoked pot in the daytime at his business on Main Street and sold it right out of his place of business on Main Street. Cops must have missed that – they were too busy trying to set me up. Guess who did hire this loser? The weed and gopher control.
This is a perfect example of what turn coat, back stabbing, mentality the people that infest our local government.
The highway district: another nightmare. There was run off on the road from Vistare subdivision and they fixed it about 10 years ago. It started again. I took video of it and showed it to the county – nothing. Called them out to look at it – nothing. They said there is nothing we can do. I said they fixed it once before why not now? NOTHING. After 2 years of complaining I went over his head to his boss. Finally, they came out to fix it when I was gone. They graded the wrong side of the road and never fixed it. They did put some road mix at the end of the driveway so it would not run down my drive way but never fixed the real problem.
Come to find out this incompetent county employee’s wife works at the city. Big missing piece of the puzzle, There was a city employee who told me once I started making $$$, “Barry no one is supposed to make money in this town unless you are one of the chosen few. Especially you. They will never let you operate here.”
Boy was he right.
The morons forgot about the internet – all my sales are out of town. If I had to depend on the locals to stay in business I wouldn’t have lasted 6 months.
This place is like an episode of the Twilight Zone – these civil servants shouldn’t even have opinions. They should do their jobs. They don’t, they’re a bunch of children. They don’t help businesses – they try to destroy them. Its the pathetic mentality of the political machine thats ran this town into the ground. Look at the elections. One dept head has to resign basically because he’s an idiot then gets voted in city council and his replacement is of course a buddy that can carry on their incompetent ways and continue their personal vendettas! This stuff writes itself. The new elections are coming up – same people interchanging from city dept to elected officials. Same idiots, different positions to ensure the employment of the existing dysfunctional government workers.
2 x Mayor, 2 x fire chiefs, slogan Move Payette Forward, these people want to keep it the same as it has been for 50 years or more.
