Hello my name is Barry Schroeder i bought my building 9/12 a day after the world trade center went down. In fact my dad and I took a helicopter ride around them about 3 weeks before they went down. I was struck with a sense of patriotism and thought maybe i could do something for my home town – think again. Forget the Taliban. You have more to worry about – the Payetteban, the good old boys. There’s one big problem with the good old boys. THEY’RE IDIOTS. Their predecessors were idiots. Bureaucrat/ idiot same thing. Do you know what a bureaucrat is? They don’t care about getting the job done, just the increasing the budget and getting their friends and relatives jobs because they’re too stupid to start and run their own business. The city and county employees think its their own company and can act and operate like they own it. This place is not a community, its a snake pit and unless you are in with the city, county or school district you aren’t allowed in the pit and its been that way for years. Since I bought my building 9/12 2001, I have been under attack from these losers that occupy every level of government in this town and county. Want to get the cops after you around here don’t sell dope and breed meth babies, start a business and make a million dollars then watch these worthless bureaucrats come out of the woodwork to destroy you. These guys are too stupid and incompetent to start their own company, let alone what I have done. So they attack you if you succeed, they did the same thing to my dad and his business 30 years ago, and I was attacked through that piece of shit school system, that’s how it works. If they don’t like you at the city or county they go after your kids in the schools the way they did me. The Payette school district? it’s not an educational center its a hatchery, a popularity hatchery where the most popular in town populate the town. Interesting gene pool you have here.
The reason I’m doing this is not just to pay back this chicken shit town and the people who have run it into the ground and are still feeding on your tax dollars so they can use your tax dollars for their personal vendetta. I’m using my own $$$ for mine. Some people say the city is running at 50% at best. I disagree. It’s run at 20 to 30 % and the rest is wasted. If you can’t control these morons and your tax dollar here on a local and county level, how are you ever going to control it on a state or federal level?
Here’s the perfect scenario. About a year ago somebody decided to put road mix/gravel in the alleys to get rid of the pot holes. To get rid of pot hole dealing with a gravel road you must grade it, blade it, something. If you don’t all you do is get deeper pot holes by adding gravel. Class 101 of road building. I knew this when I was 12 doing it for my dad’s roads. Anyway, no blading, no grader even though they have the gear. Just add more gravel. Trucks burning fuel, man hours ticking away – end result: it’s worse than when they started. Perfect example. while they were in the alley of my building do what ever. one of the payette sickaphants found a dead water meter, noone call nothing just got a bill. i call shitty hall never saw it, used it, so here we go lawyer time. after a few days i called back saying it would be a benifit for me to have 2 water lines and 2 meter for the renter, send the work guy down and turn it on and lets see where it goes. the water guy come down turn the water line on, nothing the meter wouldnt even move, he weht back to them and said its a dead line. for the record theyre good emplyees there that do keep the citys interstucture together if i mentioned there name theyed get fired.
heres another good one. years ago when the cops tried to set me up. i go to talk to the cheif with a copy of my taxes. the girls/pitbulls that met you at shitty hall brfore the many remodel they have done,wanted to show him this is what i pay for and you cops try to set me up. the girls one we will call jello shot bobby who ive known since grade school. they responed can i help you. yes i want to talk to the chief. there responce and you are? Barry Schroeder. they get on the intercom to the chief. there is a Barry Schroeder here to see to see you like they never heard of me. as i walk in to the cheif office i look over my shoulder and these 2 emplyee are just snichering at each other like 2 mean scholl girl cunts, and im not far off. this is what met you at the front door. they have gotten promotins since then. This kind of mentallity thats needs to be gone.
these guys should even have a opinion should just do there jobs. its been this way for so long they think thats the way it is.
Most towns in the shape Payette is have programs to bring in business, for instance Baker city manages calls weekly with programs they offer like buy this building , hire 3 to 5 people from the community, do improvements to the building and you don’t pay property tax for 10 years, etc, etc. I’ve mentioned this to employees and the deciders of this community, they acted like you were tring to get in their wallet. Theyy want these buildings empty. The guys leasing my building never bought it so I’m stuck. I’m glad like I said in my story I took a helicopter to see the world trade centers before they went down. Well, I’m still going to do something for my home town and the citizens by making this documentary film.
They are all intertwined – A year after I started my business that the Payette county employees ran all over town saying I stole it. Idiots! I had to hire some help around the same time the cops tried to set me up. So I found a good worker that was on probation, he had fines he had paid like clock work for a year plus before he started with me. After a week working for me he goes to pay his fine like always and they arrest him for having a tiny pot roach 4 years before when he was in jail. He was my right hand man and they knew it. That’s what they do – have meetings and brain storm, how can we get this guy. It doesn’t stop there – about the same time my dad and another old fart went to small claims court over 5 acres of hay. I wasn’t on the contract and the judge saw that and said you shouldn’t even be here, you are dismissed and my dad lost. I thought it was over. About a year later I was buying some property out of state and my credit report came back with a judgment against me. WHAT? Oh yeah, they submitted the files and fought me tooth and nail to go back and listen to the court transcripts where the judge said I should be here and I was dismissed from the case. Then another fight to get them to get it off my TRW credit report. and I complained to whoever, here’s the response: Those girls make mistakes like that all the time. Right, it was a mistake. How many other peoples TRWs have you made a mistake on? Not the first one ever. No organization here? More like an organism with its slimy tentacles spreading out to every branch. The highway dept? I had to threaten to sue, hire a lawyer and everything to get them to do their job that ‘had been done’ years before. Years ago the water was not draining off Iowa Ave properly and the water was running down my drive way and they ‘fixed’ it. After years of not being attended to, it started again. Called the new guy, nothing, there is nothing we can do was his response. This guy’s wife runs shitty hall. They are like a pack of wild dogs – do anything to get you down go after your credit, employees, whatever. One to latch onto a leg, another to latch onto your arm, anything to bring you down if you’re not one of them. Here’s an example of the upside if you’re with them: { by the way did you know there are 5 people that make over $100,000 a year at that court house} Anyway, one of these county employees’ sons got popped for for selling dope. On his court date he didn’t show up. Anybody else and a bench warrant would automatically ensue. No, no, not here. They call and remind him he missed court and that was the last I ever heard of it. Tell me your stories – i’ll pay you.
I tried to get a another business license for a coffee shop for citizens. They put together a new business application with 4 moral references? What a joke coming from that city hall where they have railroaded, set people up, character assassinations, misappropriation of funds, etc, etc. That has taken place over there for decades. This whole system should be rethought out and reorganized. Every department in this town should scrapped all of their employees/salaries and start anew.
