I’m back.
First i would like to apologize to the people of Payette that I might have offended in my first round with this website. When the local government suppresses, oppresses, and depresses the people it’s not good. Just like the government in the old USSR. I was so pissed off at this dysfunctional government, and what they have done to me.
I stand by my statement that these city employees could get a job anywhere else but they’re part of the ‘good old boys’. I have over 200 emails telling me to keep after them sent to me since this website and movie was sidelined by my mother. (By the way someone printed put every page of the website and gave it to my mother – that’s the way they do it, they go after the young and old like a pack of wild dogs.) My mother was sobbing and telling me to stop, So i did.
I had one guy drop in kind of laughing. I said “What? You don’t think it true?” and he replied “Oh yeah, Payette is very corrupt, but so is every other town in the United States.”. He also said “I agree that Payette is worse than normal”. The last was also a true statement that 3 different lawyers told me.

It is also true that I bought that building the day after 9/11. I flew around the World Trade Center in a helicopter with my dad 3 weeks before they were destroyed. I thought I could help my home town. I was WRONG. The idiots don’t want jobs in that town, unless it’s more federal funding for cops and prison guards.
Taxes are out of control here. [TAXATION WITH OUT REPRESENTATION] Here’s the perfect example: Stockton,CA. Do you know what made that town go bankrupt? First, they wouldn’t give up their books – another similarity to Payette. Nobody knows what these guys do with our money. There is no citizen oversite committee.
If you ask where your taxes are going, they get the cops after you and go after your kids in the school system. They are all connected, just like Stockton CA. After Stockton gave up the books and 3 different accounting firms reviewed their numbers they all came to same conclusion. What made that town go bankrupt was the EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT FUND. Can you believe it? For over a decade all taxes went to the retired assholes who basically ran the city into the ground instead of going to the infrastructure of the city. That’s exactly whats going on in Payette. Do you think your taxes go to make the town better? No. It goes to employee retirement funds and salaries.
What about how the Payette asshole employees stole that emergency fund? You can thank the fucking retarded mayor (who is now on the city council and should have gone to prison – along with the city attorney and many others). In 1998, the mayor at the time put a price freeze on city wages. The cops response was to go after the mayors kid. They got him and then the retarded mayor comes into office. The only thing he did was pull the wage freeze. Once that was undone he made all pay hikes and bonus in place AND retroactive. That’s right, these asshole got 10 years plus in back pay and bonuses AND a 2 year vacation. All the things city employees used to do they paid to have it done. For example, painting cross walks, center lines, and parking spaces. The city did it for years but after the bonuses they subcontracted it out to a outfit in Boise. Payette has the equipment and employees to do it – they just subbed it out. What a bunch of lazy assholes.
What about the fucking cops? Especially that piece of shit county cop that sent his wife out to beat up other female citizens (with another cop AND his wife) – they never got fired, the same guy who tried to set me up. Why? I don’t know.
That’s what’s so funny about these so called republicans. You all say there’s too much government but you all work for the government. Another true statement: Everybody in this town who has a good job is tied to the city, county, school, or prison. I start a business and these fucks come out of the woodwork. You assholes did it. I moved and will move my companies in time, but for now my parents need help in their old age. When I do finish moving I’m going to board up that building and put on the 2nd floor outside the building in 5 ft tall letters “THIS BUILDING CLOSED DUE TO LOCAL CORRUPT GOVERNMENT” – all the way around it.
We are going to post Howard Waterman’s letters. He was into helping get info/dirt that he had experienced with the city and school district. He told me all kinds of stuff. I did know the school superintendant ran off with another teacher’s wife after having affairs for years. It’s in Howard’s pen – he hand wrote it, so for all those say that I make this stuff up – go fuck yourself.
